Leeds United are on the verge of closing a loan arrangement with Tottenham Hotspur for defender Juan Foyth, according to a report.
The 22-year-old has struggled for playing time at Spurs this season under Mauricio Pochettino and more recently Jose Mourinho, managing seven appearances in all competitions.
Foyth has been tipped to depart North London this summer, with Barcelona among the clubs supposedly keeping tabs on his situation.
Leeds have since emerged as a possible next destination for the defender, however, and Argentinian newspaper Ole suggests that a short-term deal is close to going through.
United, managed by compatriot Marcelo Bielsa, are said to have agreed personal terms with Foyth on a contract that will see him spend the duration of 2020-21 at Elland Road.
The Whites currently lead the way at the top of the Championship, sitting seven points clear of third-place Fulham with nine games to go.
