Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino reportedly intends to restructure his backline by bringing in Ryan Bertrand and Alfie Mawson during the summer transfer window.
The Lilywhites are expected to offload Toby Alderweireld and Danny Rose at the end of the season, leaving Pochettino in need of a couple of replacements.
According to The Express, £65m has been set aside to bring in Bertrand and Mawson from Southampton and Swansea City respectively.
Bertrand appears certain to leave St Mary's Stadium if the Saints drop down to the Championship, while Swansea - themselves at threat of relegation - can make a mammoth profit on the £5m splashed out to sign Mawson two years ago.
Ajax centre-back Matthijs de Ligt and West Ham United left-back Arthur Masuaku are also understood to be on Tottenham's radar.
