Tottenham Hotspur are looking to snap up Valencia midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia in a cut-price transfer, according to a report.
The 27-year-old was regularly linked with a move to the Premier League prior to joining Los Che from Inter Milan in 2017, initially on a loan deal.
Kondogbia has made 67 La Liga appearances for Valencia in that time, but the Evening Standard claims that he may be on his way out of the Mestalla this summer.
Despite the midfielder having an €80m (£70.1m) release clause in his contract, it is suggested that Tottenham believe they can land him for around half that price.
Valencia are seventh in La Liga and face missing out on Champions League qualification, meaning that they may have to cash in on certain players.
Spurs are not alone in showing an interest in Kondogbia, however, with North London rivals Arsenal also supposedly tempted to make a move.
