Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has firmly stated that the club are not looking to sell Luka Modric and Gareth Bale in the January transfer window.
Spurs fought off Chelsea's interest in Modric during the summer, while Bale's eye-catching displays have alerted Real Madrid and Barcelona this season.
"We have a great squad with exceptional talent and none of the main players will be leaving in January," said Levy.
Tottenham's 2-1 defeat to Stoke City on Sunday leaves them seven points behind leaders Manchester City, albeit with a game in hand.
