Peter Crouch has said that Stoke City are more than capable of giving a good account of themselves against Valencia in the Europa League tonight.
Crouch, who arrived at the Britannia Stadium at the beginning of the season, has helped the Potters to pick up several important victories against top sides and insists that tonight should be no different.
"It's going to be tough, we know that," he said. "Valencia don't hold fears for us.
"We have met some top European sides at the Britannia Stadium this season and done well in all of them, beating Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool, while also giving a good account of ourselves in draws with Chelsea and Manchester United.
"On top of that, we have also performed well in our European games so far when we've met some top opposition."
Stoke have struggled so far in 2012, securing only four league points since the turn of the year.
