Stoke City manager Mark Hughes has said that Bojan Krkic is ready to take the Premier League by storm after breaking his duck in today's win at Tottenham Hotspur.
The former Barcelona starlet opened the scoring after six minutes at White Hart Lane for what was his first competitive goal for the Potters.
Bojan enjoyed a prolific pre-season but struggled to take that form into the league campaign, but Hughes says that the 24-year-old is now ready to blossom in England.
"Bojan was doing what he did in pre-season. At the start of the season it was a bit of a shock to him in the Premier League," he told BBC Sport.
"We just had to bide our time a bit but he is ready now and the quality of his goal shows the technical ability he has."
Jon Walters added to Bojan's strike to give Stoke a healthy lead at the break, while Nacer Chadli halved the deficit in the second half before Kyle Naughton was sent off late on for Spurs.
