Stoke City boss Paul Lambert has paid tribute to Badou Ndiaye following the midfielder's impressive debut for the Potters last weekend.
Ndiaye joined Stoke from Galatasaray on January 31, before playing 71 minutes of the team's 2-1 defeat at Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Lambert, whose team will welcome Brighton & Hove Albion to the bet365 Stadium this weekend, has branded the 27-year-old's display "first class".
"Badou Ndiaye was excellent on his debut last weekend," Lambert told reporters. "For a lad who had only come in on the Friday and not really knowing his teammates, he was first class."
Lambert also revealed that on-loan Paris Saint-Germain attacker Jese Rodriguez was in his thinking for the Brighton clash this weekend.
