Michael Owen has moved to allay fears that he has suffered an injury setback.
Earlier today Stoke City manager Tony Pulis revealed that the former England striker had dropped out of a recent training session with a hamstring complaint.
However, Owen has insisted that the problem should not be deemed serious.
"Thanks for your concerns everyone but nothing to worry about re my injury. Been running today and will be training fully Thursday or Friday," he wrote on Twitter.
The 32-year-old joined Stoke on a free transfer in September.
