Goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen has revealed that he will be fit for Stoke City's Premier League fixture against Tottenham Hotspur this weekend.
The Danish international was stretchered off during his side's 1-0 win at Everton on Sunday suffering with concussion following a collision with Tim Cahill.
Initial reports had suggested that the he could be out of action for a number of weeks but the 35-year-old has moved to calm any injury fears.
"I'm actually feeling very good. I was a bit all over the place for maybe an hour and a half after the game, but then I started feeling a lot better," he told The Sentinel.
"I didn't have any trouble overnight, no headache or sickness. I've had a test in training to get the blood flowing and there has been no reaction, so I'm ready to go in training."
Sorensen joined the Potters in 2008 from Aston Villa.
