Stoke City manager Mark Hughes has admitted that goalkeeper Asmir Begovic is not guaranteed to stay next season.
The Bosnian is out of contract in 2016 and has been heavily linked with a move away from the club, with Roma and Liverpool supposedly keen.
Hughes told reporters: "Our intention is that Asmir stays. We don't know if that is going to be the case at the moment because those talks were always scheduled for the end of the season."
Begovic is facing increasing competition from Jack Butland at the Britannia Stadium, and Hughes confirmed that the Englishman is likely to play against Tottenham Hotspur tomorrow.
Stoke currently sit 10th in the Premier League.
