Norwich City winger Nathan Redmond is reportedly close to agreeing a move to Stoke City.
The 22-year-old will join the Potters in a £10m deal this summer following Norwich's drop back to the Championship, according to The Mirror.
The deal is being held up, however, by a "boardroom mess" at Carrow Road following David McNally's sudden resignation as chief executive last month.
Under the terms of Redmond's £3.2m switch to Norwich in 2013, boyhood club Birmingham City will pocket 15% of any sell-on fee.
Redmond was part of the England Under-21 side at this year's Toulon Tournament, scoring twice to help his side lift the trophy in unbeaten fashion.
