Stoke City have reportedly offered Jonathan Woodgate a new 12-month contract with the club.
The 32-year-old appeared 21 times for the Potters in his first season with the club, and has therefore convinced boss Tony Pulis to extend his stay, according to The Sun.
Matthew Upson is unlikely to remain at the club, but Robert Huth remains locked in negotiations with club officials.
Stoke finished the Premier League season in 14th position.
