Stoke City have agreed a deal to sign out-of-contract Dnipro winger Yevhen Konoplyanka, according to reports.
The 25-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League in the past 18 months, and has reportedly caught the eye of Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.
However, German journalist Andrija Brundic claims on Twitter that Stoke have sealed a deal to sign the Ukraine international on a free transfer after months of negotiations.
Borussia Monchengladbach were understood to be keen, but Brundic says that they pulled out once it was clear Stoke were nearing a deal.
Konoplyanka has scored seven goals this season.
