Stuttgart centre-back Daniel Schwaab has lamented his side's mistakes after they fell to a 4-0 defeat at the hands of Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga.
The game saw Switzerland international Josip Drmic grab a brace for Leverkusen at the BayerArena, with the result keeping Stuttgart at the bottom of the league standings.
"We played really well for the first 30 minutes, but a series of mistakes then saw us gift them the opening goal and that put Leverkusen in the ascendancy, and they hit us clinically," said Schwaab, according to the Bundesliga's official website.
"We fell apart after that and we really can't be letting this sort of thing happen to us. This defeat really hurts, but we've got to put it behind us."
Huub Stevens and his charges are back in league action when they face Eintracht Frankfurt next weekend.
