Sunderland winger Will Buckley is adamant that his side need to rally from their recent run of poor results to put in a strong performance against Crystal Palace.
The Black Cats have dropped into the relegation zone in the Premier League following their defeats to Southampton and Arsenal.
The former Brighton & Hove Albion man has insisted that he and his teammates need to bounce back when they face Palace at Selhurst Park.
Buckley told the club's official website: "I played Crystal Palace a few times when I was at Brighton and they will be a strong, physical side.
"I think they will pose a big aerial threat but we can cope with that so we need to focus on getting the ball down and showing what we can do.
"We have had two bad results but we are not going to let that knock our confidence and we will come out fighting on Monday night."
Sunderland face the Eagles in their clash on Monday.
