Sunderland defender Anthony Reveillere has revealed that he is relishing playing in the Premier League after sealing a move to the club.
The 34-year-old signed for the Black Cats last month on a free transfer after his release by Napoli in the summer, and he is hopeful that his vast experience can aid Gus Poyet's side this season.
He told the club's official website: "The Premier League is a competition that I have watched very closely and I also having experience playing against some of the teams, including the Manchester clubs, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.
"I also came up against Liverpool in the Champions League and played against Swansea City last season – I really enjoy the atmosphere and the mind-set towards football here in England.
"I had some opportunities to come to England during my time at Lyon and before I joined Napoli, so here I am at 34 and what can I say other than better late than never. I am very keen to help out and contribute."
Reveillere could make his debut for the Black Cats against Crystal Palace on Monday.
