The agent of Emanuele Giaccherini has insisted that the Sunderland midfielder is happy at the club.
Despite being a regular at the Stadium of Light, it was recently reported that Inter Milan were monitoring the 28-year-old Italian midfielder.
However, Giulio Marinelli is confident that Giaccherini will remain on Wearside for the foreseeable future.
"Emanuele is happy in England, he has settled well both in the team and in in the English way of life," he is quoted by Tuttomercatoweb.
"The Premier League is a beautiful championship, perhaps the best in Europe. The stadiums are great and the quality of life is exceptional."
Sunderland continue their battle for Premier League survival on Saturday when they face West Ham United at Upton Park.
