Swansea City defender Ben Davies has insisted that the team can be very proud of what they have achieved in the Europa League this season.
Despite being knocked out in the last 16 by Napoli on Thursday night, Davies believes that the Swansea players can look back fondly on their experience in the competition.
"It has been an enjoyable experience, and a tough one too given the fixtures we have had," the Welsh defender told the club's official website.
"But this may happen once in a lifetime for some of us so it's a great experience and something we will always remember.
"It is disappointing in the end, but looking back we have to be very, very proud of our performances."
Swansea turn their attentions to the Premier League when they take on Crystal Palace at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday.
