Wilfried Bony has insisted that he is capable of scoring 20 goals for Swansea City this season.
Despite missing two weeks of the campaign with a hamstring problem, the 25-year-old forward has already found the net 10 times in 21 first-team appearances for the Swans.
When asked if ending the season with 20 goals is a realistic target, he replied: "Why not? I had started scoring goals on a regular basis before my injury and I want to get back to that.
"I'm a striker and I need that. I have a lot to do to get to my best. There are a lot of games but I try to do my best every time in training and games.
"I want to score more goals. I hope I can do that. It is good to be back. I thought the injury would be more serious. But I had the scan and that showed nothing so I was glad about that."
Bony is Swansea's record signing, having arrived at the Liberty Stadium in a £12m move from Vitesse Arnhem in July.
