Swansea City midfielder Leon Britton has admitted that it is important for his side to earn a positive result against Aston Villa on Saturday.
One point separates the two sides in the Premier League table, and Britton is hopeful that their previous victories at Villa Park can help them achieve their first triumph since December 4.
The 31-year-old told reporters: "It's a team in and around us in that section of the league. We've got to go there and be confident. We have done it at Villa Park in previous seasons.
"So we'll go there, try to play well and try to get some points on the board, because there's a lot of games in a short space of time and you can climb up the table."
Britton returned to the Swansea squad for the first time in a month on Boxing Day, but he couldn't prevent the Welsh outfit from falling to a 1-0 defeat to Chelsea.
