Swansea City forward Bafetimbi Gomis has revealed that he hopes to improve on last season's 10-goal tally.
The Frenchman has got off to a flying start this season having scored two goals - one in a 2-2 draw against Chelsea and the other in last weekend's 2-0 triumph over Newcastle United.
"Scoring goals is great for my confidence," Gomis told the club's official website. "I worked hard in the summer to come back fit and raring to go. My aim is to score more goals than last year and show a different side to myself at Swansea.
"I'm happy with my start to the season, but it's more important that the team has started well with good results."
The Swans' next game is away to Sunderland on Saturday.
