Swansea City striker Itay Shechter has revealed his relief after finally getting his first goal for the club.
The 26-year-old, who is currently on loan from Kaiserslautern, scored the Swans' equaliser in their 3-2 comeback win over Wigan Athletic, which was the striker's first since arriving last summer.
He told the club's official website: "For me, I've waited for this goal since I arrived here.
"I always work hard in training and I believed in myself. I'm happy this goal helped the team."
Swansea are ninth in the Premier League following the win over the Latics.
