Swansea City goalkeeper Michel Vorm believes that midfielder Leon Britton is good enough to earn a place in the England squad.
Britton hasn't earned international recognition at any level, but Vorm has insisted that the 31-year-old has the attributes required to achieve a call-up from boss Roy Hodgson.
The 30-year-old told the Daily Mail: "I must admit, I think that Leon Britton should have had a chance with England by now. He is so good. I have seen a lot of top players, especially with Holland and in the Premier League, and Leon's quality is obvious.
"He is so good that you might not notice he is around, then as soon as he is not in the team, you miss him. He is so important to us as a team. He is a great passer, but he is also extremely clever. He is always thinking on the pitch, always wants the ball in the small spaces.
"I am 100% sure that if he ever got the chance for England, he would take it with both hands."
Britton has made 29 appearances for Swansea during the current campaign.
