Swansea City midfielder Jonathan de Guzman has reflected on his side's victory against Norwich City as being a "very important win".
The 26-year-old scored twice in the Swans' 3-0 defeat of the Canaries at the Liberty Stadium, three points which lifts the Welsh club seven clear of the Premier League relegation zone.
"It was a very important win," De Guzman told the club's official website following the game. "We have been longing for those points for a few weeks now, and we brought the momentum and motivation from the Arsenal game in midweek.
"We did very well, especially getting the two goals in the first half. In the last couple of home games we've let it slip away in the second period, but we moved the ball well and we're very happy.
"We're very confident, we've got a good squad here with quality players and we are working hard week in, week out to get results."
Swansea are back in action next weekend with a trip to Hull City.
