West Ham United have reportedly had a £7m offer for striker Bafetimbi Gomis rejected by Swansea City.
The 29-year-old has been promoted to first-choice striker at the Liberty Stadium since the departure of Wilfried Bony to Manchester City, but it appears as though Swansea face a fight to keep the Frenchman at the club.
According to Sky Sports News, West Ham boss Sam Allardyce is keen to strengthen his front line with the acquisition of the forward, but so far, any move has been rebuffed by the Welsh outfit.
Gomis has netted just once in the Premier League this season, but 13 of his 20 appearances have come from the substitutes' bench.
