Re-live all the action with Sports Mole as Swindon Town and Brenford draw 1-1 in the first leg of their playoff clash at the County Ground,

Brentford netted a last minute equaliser in their League One semi-final playoff clash with Swindon Town at the County Ground.

The Bees were awarded a late penalty, which brought back memories of last week when Marcello Trotta missed his spot kick against Doncaster Rovers and cost his side automatic promotion.

However, this week Kevin O'Connor made no mistake firing the penalty home cancelling out Massimo Luongo's earlier effort for Swindon to leave the tie all square going into the second-leg at Griffin Park on Monday.

Check out how all the events of the game unfolded in our commentary below.

Welcome to Sports Mole's minute-by-minute commentary of the League One playoff clash between Swindon Town and Brentford.
Swindon Town: Foderingham, Flint, Devera, Ward, Byrne, Ferry, Roberts, McCormack, Luongo, Williams, A Rooney
Brentford: Moore, Dean, Logan, Hodson, Bidwell, O'Connor, Forshaw, Douglas, Adeyemi, Donaldson, Wright-Phillips
We're underway at the County Ground.
Strong start by Swindon as they test Moore early but the keeper manages to grab a cross from the left despite being under pressure.
An early free kick from Brentford but they can't get the ball on target and it goes out for a goal kick.
Swindon are playing some nice possession football at the moment but they haven't been able to carve out any openings as of yet.
A mistake from Moore allows a corner. Roberts whips the ball in left-footed from the right but the Bees' defence manage to clear the danger.
A foul from Dean allows another chance for the Robins to put the ball into the area. It's a poor delivery from Roberts as the ball sails over the bar.
Another Swindon attack grinds to a halt as a ball into the area by Ferry is well met by Dean, who clears the ball to safety.
Nice bit of work down the left by Byrne creates an opening for him to lift a cross into the area, but he overhits the ball on his right-foot and Brentford play the ball out from defence.
Williams does well for the home side down the right as twists and turns his man lifts a dangerous cross towards the backpost which Rooney just can't get on the end of but Logan puts it behind.
From the resulting corner, Bidwell half clears the danger to McCormack and he drives back at the Brentford goal and his effort is well blocked by Dean again.
A bad decision from Moore almost costs his side a goal as he races out of his area to try and win the ball but can only blast the ball of his own teammate and concedes a corner.
Moore's let off the hook as Luongo's delivery from the left is poor and doesn't beat the first man.
It's all Swindon at the minute as Roberts tries an ambitious effort from just outside the area, which takes a deflection and goes just over the bar.
From Luongo's corner, the ball pinballs around the box before Bidwell gets a big boot to the ball to hoof it clear.
CHANCE!! Brentford miss a glorious chance to take the lead as Wright-Phillips slips the ball through to Forshaw putting him one-on-one with Foderingham, but he puts his left-footed shot wide of the post. That was a big miss!
CHANCE!! Now it's Swindon's turn to miss a sitter as the ball falls kindly to Rooney on the edge of the area, he takes the ball in stride but Moore makes a good save to deny him.
Brentford are having to cope with some serious pressure from the Robins but they are handling it quite well, with Dean being a rock at the back so far.
Better from the visitors as they manage to get a foot on the ball and have a spell in the Swindon half, they can't muster any chances though, as they are forced back by aggressive Swindon pressing.
CHANCE!! McCormack switches the play nicely to Roberts on the left, he whips in a dangerous ball to Williams in the middle who head the ball down, it takes a wicked bounce but Moore does well to claim it.
CHANCE!! Wright-Phillips does well as he brings a long ball under control on the edge of the area, he knocks it back to Douglas who hits the ball first time side-footed, but the ball goes just over the bar.
Brentford are coming into the game more as the half comes to an end, which will please boss Uwe Rosler.
Moore makes an excellent claim under severe pressure in his own six-yard box, after Flint had headed the ball high into the air from a free kick.
Scrappy end to the half as both teams are conceding a lot of cheap free kicks.
Yellow Card Roberts becomes the first player to go into the book after an altercation with Adeyemi.
HALF-TIME: Swindon 0-0 Brentford
The first-half comes to an end and Swindon will feel they've had the the better of the half. They could have been ahead had Rooney shown some composure in front of goal but his effort was well saved by Moore, while at the other end Forshaw missed a gilt-edged chance but he couldn't hit the target with no-one to beat but Foderingham.
The game is evenly poised and a goal for either team will hand them a massive advantage going into the second-leg at Griffin Park.
The players are back out at the County Ground, we should be back underway shortly.
We're back underway at the County Ground.
Devera whips the ball in from the right for Swindon and McCormack takes it down but he gets challenged just as he was about to hit the ball at goal.
Slow start to the half by both teams as they look to get back into the gear, no-one's really taken a grip of the ball yet.
Brentford almost get round the back of the Swindon defence and Logan puts in a good cross to the back-post but Devera is there to make a good clearing header.
Contentious decision as Logan and Luongo clash in the Swindon half, the Brentford man is incensed to see the foul go the other way, but he did clip the heels of the midfielder.
CHANCE!! Swindon go straight onto the attack and Roberts lifts a ball into the area, which Rooney almost gets on the end of but he just can't get a head on the ball and Brentford clear.
Brentford aren't happy as Rooney goes in hard on Moore as he collects the ball from a cross. Bit nasty that as the ball wasn't there to be won from his position.
Penalty shout! Brentford appeal for a penalty after Wright-Phillips hits the ball against Flint in the area. It did look as though the ball brushed the hand of the defender. A let off for the hosts.
Williams does well on the right again, he manages to dig out space for a cross despite being under pressure but Moore claims the ball above Rooney, for them umpteenth time this afternoon.
Swindown press again and Dean manages to clear the ball from a Roberts cross but it goes only as far as McCormack on the edge of the area, he strikes the ball first time but it sails over the bar.
Luongo does well in midfield to win the ball and release Roberts down the left, he has Rooney and Williams to hit in the box but he lifts his cross over the bar. What a waste!
GOAL!!!! Swindon 1-0 Brentford (Luongo)
Luongo breaks the deadlock with a fine finish from the edge of the area into the bottom corner. Swindon built up nicely and the midfielder collected the ball and side-footed it past Moore.
CHANCE!! Swindon almost go two up as Brentford fail to clear their lines from a free kick and the ball lands kindly for McCormack in the area, but he just can't pull the trigger in time before Douglas comes in with a challenge.
CHANCE!! Rooney sees an effort well saved by Moore as the hosts hit the Bees' on a counterattack. The striker broke clear of the defence but Moore came out and narrowed the angle to make the stop.
Penalty shout! Swindon want a penalty after Luongo gets pushed in the area, but the referee waves play on. Brentford need to get a grip on the ball here, otherwise they could be out of the tie.
Rooney and Dean are in a foot race to chase a long ball and the defender does very well under pressure to nod it back to Moore who collects with ease.
Another tester for Moore right under his crossbar as Williams nods the ball high into the air, but the keeper remains composed and collects the ball. It's all Swindon at the moment.
Substitutions: James Collins comes on for Swindon while Saunders replaces Forshaw.
Penalty shout! Donaldson wants a penalty as he's hauled to the ground by Flint but the referee waves play on.
CHANCE!! Brentford are almost level El Alagui does brilliantly to drive into the box but a great last ditch tackle from McCormack stops his goalbound shot.
Logan does extremely well for the visitors down the right as he beats his man before lifting a dangerous cross to the back-post but Devera is there to head the ball clear.
Swindon seem content to sit back now and hit the visitors on the counter. Brentford are seeing a lot of the ball, the question is, can they do anything with it?
Three minutes of added time at the County Ground.
Foderingham eases the pressure on his defenders by making an excellent claim to rise above Donaldson to end a Brentford attack.
PENALTY TO BRENTFORD
What drama Brentford are on the spot again, a week after their disappointment after Saunders is felled by Luongo.
GOAL!!!! Swindon 1-1 Brentford (O'Connor)
O'Connor does what Trotta could not last week as he fires his spot kick low and hard into the bottom corner past Foderingham.
Swindon go on the attack straight away and Williams comes so close to giving the lead again, but he lifts his shot over Moore and onto the roof of the net.
FULL-TIME: Swindon 1-1 Brentford
Brentford get a crucial equaliser in the tie at the death and football is a funny old game sometimes. A week after a penalty miss cost them promotion, they get another spot kick late in the game and this time O'Connor nets the kick their hopes of Championship football alive.
Swindon will be massively disappointed to concede so late in a game where they dominated. They now have it all to do when they travel to Griffin Park on Monday.
Thanks for joining Sports Mole's commentary of toady's clash. Until next time, goodbye.
