Torino have overturned a first-half deficit to beat Hellas Verona 3-1 in their Serie A encounter this evening.
Verona went close after 20 minutes when Vangelis Moras looked to head home a cross, but he sent the ball wide of the target.
The visitors could have taken the lead as they broke on the counter, with Ciro Immobile finding Andrea Masiello with a cut-back. However, he crashed his shot straight into a defender.
Verona took the lead in the 36th minute as Luca Toni coolly slotted home from the penalty spot to leave the hosts ahead at half time.
However, Torino turned the game around after the break, with Immobile equalising in the 49th minute with a low strike having latched onto a through-ball from Omar El Kaddouri.
Things got even better a few minutes later when Alessio Cerci put the visitors in front when he lashed his effort into the bottom corner, with El Kaddouri the architect again.
Torino confirmed their victory shortly after when El Kaddouri hit a first-time strike, which flew into the bottom corner to give the visitors all three points.
