Clubs still have at least another month to seal deals to help improve their squads ahead for the new season, as speculation continues to suggest that the window could still see some major moves from the world's biggest clubs.

Good morning everyone and welcome to our live transfer blog for Sunday, July 26. There have been some major developments over night as Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has said that he 'does not know why' Angel di Maria failed to board his plane to link up with the club in the United States.
The Old Trafford club are also reportedly keen to enter the race to sign Everton defender John Stones. The young centre-back has recently been linked with a big-money move to Chelsea.
Over at Arsenal, several reports in the press have suggested that Theo Walcott is in the process of agreeing a new four-year deal with the Gunners ahead of the looming Premier League season.
As for Manchester City, the Daily Star is reporting that the former Premier League champions are putting together a £53m package in an attempt to lure Kevin De Bruyne from Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg.
South London club Crystal Palace have already appeared very astute in this market. According to reports, Alan Pardew could now be lining up a deal to bring Newcastle United skipper Fabricio Coloccini to Selhurst Park.
Steven Fletcher could soon be on his way out of Sunderland. It is believed that Swansea City are plotting a £4m bid for the frontman, who originally joined the Black Cats for a £12m fee from Wolverhampton Wanderers back in 2012.
More now regarding the future of United winger Di Maria. Following PSG's friendly defeat to Chelsea last night, coach Laurent Blanc has said that there is a "good possibility" that the French champions could land the Argentine wideman despite no more official news available on the situation.

Paris Saint-Germain have been dominating the transfer news in the last couple of days as a result of their move for Manchester United's Angel di Maria. Well, it looks like they could be after another former wearer of United's famous number 7 shirt, as the French champions have reportedly prepared an £84.9m bid for Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo, who has also been linked with a return to Old Trafford.
Sticking with PSG, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has waded into the Angel di Maria transfer, welcoming to Argentine and saying that the team will be better with him, despite the winger not yet being confirmed as a PSG player.
Hull City striker Dame N'Doye appears to be heading out of the KC Stadium after just half a season with the Tigers. The Senegal international has reportedly agreed a three-year contract with Besiktas.
Manchester City striker Stevan Jovetic has been linked with a move to Inter Milan in recent weeks, and the Serie A side have now confirmed that the forward is on his way to Milan ahead of a medical on Tuesday.

Since Louis van Gaal announced at the start of the month that Victor Valdes was free to find a new club, things have gone awfully quiet. Red Devils coach Frans Hoek has now reiterated that the Spaniard will be on his way, however, but who he joins remains to be seen. Read more.
Jose Mourinho has confirmed that Chelsea outcast Mohamed Salah will indeed be leaving the club this summer. The Egyptian still has four years left to run on his current deal, though, which could potentially put off certain suitors.
Newcastle United have reportedly stalled on offering young flyer Rolando Aarons a new contract, which could see fellow Premier League clubs make a move. The 19-year-old, who has already made an impact during pre-season, has two years left to run on his current terms.

More news from Newcastle United this evening as boss Steve McClaren has said that the club have not received any "official approach" for captain Fabricio Coloccini. The 33-year-old has been linked with a move to join up with former manager Alan Pardew at Crystal Palace, but McClaren is adamant that the Argentine is still a key player for the Magpies.
