Uruguay forward Edinson Cavani has said that he cannot wait to play against Italy in the World Cup finals.
The 26-year-old knows the Italian league well having played for Napoli before he joined Paris Saint-Germain in the summer, and he is looking forward to testing himself against the four-time tournament winners.
"It is certainly a very difficult group, but it also provides some fascinating games that you never know when you'll be able to play again in your life," Football Italia quotes him as saying.
"Italy are one of the best teams in the world, so when I saw the draw that was my first thought. However, we must focus only on ourselves and getting to the competition in the best shape."
Uruguay will face Costa Rica in their opening World Cup fixture and will also play England in the group stage.
