Uruguay forward Diego Forlan has revealed that teammate Luis Suarez is "desperate" to face England in his side's must-win World Cup clash.
The 27-year-old missed Oscar Tabarez's side's opening-game defeat to Costa Rica as he continues to recover from knee surgery, but he could be in line to make his return against the Three Lions on Thursday.
Forlan told reporters: "Every player is desperate to play every game and he's the same.
"It's really important he plays against England. Hopefully he can train well and he can be ready for the game."
Suarez scored 31 goals for Liverpool last season in the Premier League.
