Alvaro Negredo took part in his first full training session as a Valencia player on Friday.
The Spanish international joined Los Che on loan from Manchester City on transfer deadline day, but is yet to appear for the club due to a foot injury.
According to Marca, however, Negredo came through Friday's session with no adverse effects, despite taking some heavy challenges on his right foot.
Negredo scored an impressive 85 goals in 182 games for Sevilla between 2009 and 2013, including 25 La Liga goals during his last season in Spain.
Valencia face Real Sociedad in La Liga later this evening, but Negredo is unlikely to feature.
