Mexican international Andres Guardado has departed Valencia for PSV Eindhoven on a one-year loan.
The 27-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Bayer Leverkusen, but had been expected to play a key role for Los Che in the new campaign.
The versatile midfielder has been allowed to depart once more, however, with a move to the Netherlands.
"I'm very pleased and looking forward to a great season, which I will play in to win prizes," Guardado told PSV's official website.
"This is a great club and I hope to be able to be successful here."
Guardado will wear the number 18 shirt for his new club.
