Villarreal forward Ikechukwu Uche has vowed to step his performances up another level next season.
The 30-year-old scored 14 league goals for the Yellow Submarine last season, helping his side finish in a Europa League position in La Liga.
However, the Nigerian believes that he can still improve.
"Personally speaking, my aim is always to improve and that's what I have in mind this season. I can't think too much about it though," he told reporters at a press conference.
"What I want to do is take things one day at a time and see how things go for me."
Uche joined Villarreal from Real Zaragoza in 2011.
