Watford winger Ismaila Sarr could be sidelined throughout the month of March, according to Roy Hodgson.

The Senegal international has been dealing with a hamstring issue since the goalless draw against Manchester United on February 26, and he will not feature tonight.

"I would say, at the moment, his chances that he will play at the weekend are very, very slim," said Hodgson.

"But we will have to wait and see. He is improving, there is no doubt about that. It is not months. There is no doubt that unless he gets injured with the national team, he will be fit when we play in April.

"I do not have any doubts about that at all. But for Sunday, I have serious doubts."

Sarr has played in 16 Premier League games this season, scoring five times for Watford in the process. body check tags ::
