Watford manager Quique Flores has revealed that he is hoping to bring in a few new players during the January transfer window.
After getting promoted to the Premier League this season, the North London side underwent a massive squad overhaul in the summer by bringing in 16 new players, but Flores is keen to add more options next month.
"There are two or three positions we need cover for," Flores told the Sunday People. "Injuries will come and after January it will be impossible to get cover.
"We need to take care, though, which players we try to bring in as cover. We need a specific type of footballer to play for us at Watford – in terms of their style of football and their personality."
The Hornets have made a quietly confident start to life in the Premier League, amassing 25 points from their opening 16 games to sit seventh in the table.
