West Bromwich Albion manager Roy Hodgson was left disappointed with his side's 2-1 FA Cup defeat to Norwich City at the Hawthorns.
Simeon Jackson bagged a late winner for the Canaries to send them through to the fifth round.
"I am just bitterly disappointed we could not send the fans home happy with victory," said Hodgson. "We have sent them home unhappy as we have done on many an occasion this season."
Hodgson takes West Brom to former club Fulham in the Premier League on Wednesday.
