Caretaker manager John Pemberton has told his Bristol City players to follow the example set by West Bromwich Albion in their bid to secure their Championship status between now and the end of the season.
Tonight the Robins slipped to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of the Premier League Baggies, who booked their place in the fourth round of the FA Cup in the process.
With a fight against relegation now ahead of them, Pemberton has insisted that City should look to copy West Brom's style to give themselves the best chance of staying up.
"I've just said to the lads if you want to look at how to get out of where we are, you take a leaf out of their book," he told BT Sport.
"They were really disciplined and organised. They did a real professional job with us. We can't argue with the result - West Brom were excellent tonight."
City are currently in the relegation zone on goal difference from Rotherham United.
