West Bromwich Albion striker Brown Ideye is hopeful that he will return to action from a knee problem against Queens Park Rangers on April 4.
The 26-year-old has been forced to miss this week's international break with Nigeria due to the injury, which also put him out of last weekend's 3-0 defeat to Manchester City.
"I am in rehab now so hopefully I will be better before the QPR game," Ideye told the club's official website. "I just have to work with the doctors and the physios and hopefully things will get better in time.
"I just have to rest. The pain is still there but with the doctors and physios we have doing their best the should make sure I'm fit for the game."
The Baggies are currently 14th in the Premier League table.
