West Bromwich Albion manager Steve Clarke has revealed his frustration at his side's inability to close out the game in their 2-2 draw against Aston Villa on Monday.
The Baggies lead 2-0 up until the 67th minute, before goals from Karim El Ahmadi and Ashley Westwood secured a draw for the visitors.
"I think when you're leading comfortably 2-0 mid-way through the second half you should take all three points," Clarke told Sky Sports News.
"[Villa] made three changes that gave them the energy and that unsettled us. We gave away a bad goal and they took advantage.
"I think we missed one clear cut chance at 2-0, and sometimes when you're chasing the game, you take risks and you get lucky, and Villa fought hard for it."
The draw leaves the Baggies in 11th in the Premier League.
