West Bromwich Albion defender Craig Dawson has revealed that the mood has changed within the squad following last Saturday's victory over Swansea City.
Dawson claims that the Baggies players are much happier in training as they target a second victory in as many games against Hull City on Saturday.
"Everyone is working hard and with a smile on our faces as well, you get that extra 10% out of the players," the 23-year-old told the club's official website. "We've had some good training sessions and we're all getting ready for the weekend.
"Everyone has been working hard but we've just been missing the win, now it's come and everyone is smiling.
"But the win at Swansea is behind us now so we're all looking forward to the Hull game. Hopefully we can get a win there as well."
West Brom sit 16th in the Premier League, three points clear of the relegation zone.
