West Bromwich Albion defender Billy Jones has admitted that he will need to be patient before he gets back into the first team.
The right-back is fully fit again after being sidelined for the past six weeks with a hamstring tear.
During Jones's time out of action, veteran Steven Reid has replaced the 27-year-old in defence.
"It will be difficult to get my place back," Jones told the Birmingham Mail.
"Reidy has been solid and consistent - as always. He's a great pro, he's been spot-on. I think that's why we've got such good results recently because, as an XI, we've been consistent and working hard for each other.
"If I'm going to be perfectly honest, I don't expect the gaffer to change a winning team. That's very much a rule of football - if the team is winning, then you don't change it."
West Brom, who are currently five points above the relegation zone, host Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Saturday.
