West Bromwich Albion head coach Tony Pulis has suggested that he will use the Premier League game with Manchester City to try a new approach.
The Baggies currently sit in 13th place in the standings but have recorded no wins in any competition since August 22, with their last top-flight success coming on the second weekend of the campaign.
Pulis has acknowledged that he and his players are unhappy with their form, but the Welshman has hinted that he will look to tinker with the side's strategy for the visit of the "form team in Europe".
The 59-year-old told reporters: "The players are as disappointed as anybody. There are areas we have to improve on. Manchester City are the form team in Europe."
"We will approach the game a little bit different than normal but I won't say how we will do it. They're a very good team."
West Brom have not defeated City in a league fixture since December 2008.
