West Bromwich Albion boss Alan Irvine will reportedly be in charge for his side's Premier League clash against West Ham United on New Year's Day, despite doubts over his future.
The 56-year-old admitted after his side's 3-1 defeat to Manchester City on Boxing Day that he is unsure about his long-term position at The Hawthorns.
Doubts grew further at the weekend following the Baggies' 2-0 loss to Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium.
However, according to Sky Sports News, the club's hierarchy have no immediate plans to sack Irvine and he is expected to be in charge for Thursday's match.
West Brom are one point above the relegation zone in the Premier League table.
