Felipe Anderson has claimed that there was "no hesitation" to leave Lazio for West Ham United this summer.
The Hammers have pulled off one of the coups of the summer in completing the signing of the talented Brazilian on a long-term contract.
However, the playmaker has suggested that he did not think twice about making the switch to the London Stadium, saying that he was attracted by the "tradition" at the East London outfit.
At a press conference, the 25-year-old told reporters: "What attracted me was the traditions of the club and the value that they put in me, and that they believed in me. That was why I didn't hesitate in the decision. I just made the decision based on that. It was easy.
"Personally, I've always watched the Premier League and I've been following the great players of West Ham like Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano. West Ham is a historical club in itself and when the offer came I was just happy a club like this had interest in me."
West Ham get their Premier League campaign underway with a fixture against Liverpool at Anfield on August 12.
