West Ham United midfielder Jack Collison has been taken to hospital with a shoulder injury.
The Welsh international sustained the problem during his side's ongoing encounter against Cardiff City in the Championship playoffs.
Collison landed awkwardly on his shoulder near the corner flag at Upton Park, causing the joint to pop out before slotting back into position, according to Sky Sports News.
As a result, the 23-year-old has been taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.
