West Ham United full-back Aaron Cresswell has insisted that he and his teammates will try to finish the Premier League season on a high after dropping out of the European spots.
Sam Allardyce's side lingered in the Champions League positions in the early stages of the season, but after six games without a win in the top flight, they now find themselves 10th in the table.
"We don't want the season to fizzle out," Cresswell told the club's official website. "We want to get as high as we can. At the start of the campaign if someone had said you are going to finish top nine or top 10, we would have most probably taken it.
"We are in a great position now so why can't we have a nice push for the last 10 games of the season?"
The Hammers' next game is away to Arsenal on Saturday.
