West Ham United defender Carl Jenkinson has admitted that he is still 'massively disappointed' by the team's 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspur.
The Hammers were close to securing the three points at White Hart Lane on Sunday before a last-gasp goal from Harry Kane meant that the spoils had to be shared.
Jenkinson has suggested that a number of factors went against West Ham before they were pegged back by their London rivals.
"Obviously they've equalised with the last kick of the game - it's unbelievable really," the full-back told the club's official website. "That's the way it goes sometimes but it was very unfortunate.
"For me it felt like extra time was an eternity. I didn't have a watch on my wrist but it seemed like a very long time. I asked the referee not long before the end how much longer and he said one minute. It definitely seemed like more than a minute.
"I think a few things went against us. Obviously we've ended up drawing 2-2 and I can't get my head round it. It's massively disappointing for everyone involved."
West Ham are back in action on Saturday when they host Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
