West Ham United captain Kevin Nolan has insisted that he and his teammates are fully behind manager Sam Allardyce.
The future of the former Bolton Wanderers boss looked in doubt due to a large amount of discontent from the supporters during the 2013-14 season.
However, the Hammers' hierarchy have decided to keep hold of Allardyce, but have insisted that they want the team's style of play to change.
"We have always been playing for him, without a shadow of a doubt, if you ask any of the lads in our dressing room," Nolan told the club's official website. "The gaffer has got the full backing of every one of us. He has done a magnificent job here over the last three years."
West Ham finished 13th in the Premier League table last season.
