West Ham United prospect Reece Oxford has reportedly turned down the offer of a new contract with the club.
The Hammers will allow the versatile youngster to leave if they receive a bid in excess of £10m, after failing to tie him down with a long-term deal, according to Sky Sports News.
Manchester City were recently linked with the 17-year-old, who can play in defence or midfield, while the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool are said to have scouted him in the past.
Oxford appeared to respond to the rumours surrounding his future with a cryptic post on Twitter, which read "Wow, rumours will be rumours."
