West Ham United midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Porto.
Kouyate has enjoyed a relatively successful four years at West Ham, with a total of 15 goals being scored in 147 appearances in all competitions.
However, new manager Manuel Pellegrini has already spent £85m this summer - which includes the signing of Jack Wilshere - and it could lead to players leaving the London Stadium.
According to The Sun, Porto are monitoring the situation and are already holding discussions regarding a £14m deal for the Senegal midfielder.
The report suggests that the 28-year-old has failed to impress Pellegrini in training, resulting in the club looking for an opportunity to cash in before the start of the season.
Kouyate still has three years remaining on his contract.
